HOW LONG CAN I USE ONE FILTER?

Each filter lifetime depends on many factors, such as; particulate exposure density, particulate exposure duration, user breathing rate. With that said; below are our general guidelines:  As the user you will have the final call given your exposure.

- 20-30 hours of continuous use in heavy dust exposure to Grain bins, Off-road, construction/demolition etc.

- 30-40 hours of continuous use in light dust exposure to Grain Bins, off-road, construction/demolition etc.

- 50-60 hours of continuous use when protecting against allergens, pollutants, odors etc.

The lifespan of the Advanced Air Filters 2.0 will depend on what you are using it against and the concentration of the matter in the environment. It is recommended to change the filter if you notice any odors coming through the filter.

It is recommended to store your filters away from a contaminated area.

All of our masks are designed following the guidance of the FDA and CDC's recommendations for fabric masks for source control*, however, all of Toxoic's products are not intended for surgical or medical use. Please do not use in high-risk situations. All of our products do not claim or guarantee to prevent the transmission or infection of any disease, including COVID-19. 

*Our products have not been cleared, tested, nor endorsed by the CDC or FDA.

There are multiple ways the COVID-19 virus can be contracted, and we recommend following all prevention measures provided by the CDC and WHO.

Our filters are not washable. We recommend replacing your filter for maximum breathing protection when the active carbon has been depleted / Or visually the filter has been exhausted due to dust and other airborne particulates.

The filters can be replaced by turning the inside of each valve, counter-clockwise. Each filter is affixed in between the valves. Once removed, the old filter can be disposed, and the new filter can be placed in between the two valves. Turn the valves clockwise until they are tight.

Yes, the mask can be washed. We recommend hand washing the shell with hand soap and warm water. Allow the mask to dry completely upon washing.

SHIPPING & PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer free shipping for everyone. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.

After your payment is verified, it takes 3-5 days to process and ship your order from our European warehouse.

This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 11 am PST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 11 am PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.

Delivery takes between 5-8* business days after shipping. 

*BUT due to high demand & postal service workers recent confinement, the delivery time WILL be longer now (~12-15 business days).

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Please note that it takes up to 72 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

It happens sometimes, if your tracking information shows “delivered” to your address but you never received your package, you will have to file a “lost” package claim with USPS :

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

On March 11th, 2020, The World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a pandemic. WHO defines a pandemic as a global spread of a new disease.

Due to the nature of our product, and for obvious sanitary reasons, we cannot process any returns or exchanges and all sales are final, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

If you ordered before the pandemic (3/11/20) and are not satisfied with our product, please reach out to our Customer Support team at contact@toxoic.co and we will do our very best to help you out.

At Toxoic, we are proud to provide our customers with the best quality products! We guarantee any product sold by us or any of our authorized resellers to be free of manufacturing defect. If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

You can find the contact information below. If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with Toxoic. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.

PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE THE ITEM OR RETURN IT TO THE SENDER, EMAIL US FIRST TO PROCESS THE RETURN.


The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our warehouse. You're responsible for paying the return, exchange or store credit fee which covers the cost and restocking to send the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days through the method of payment the item was originally purchased.

There's a restocking fee to return your item and process a refund. The fee will be deducted from the gross sales amount that you paid for your order and the balance will be refunded to you.

We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
