Due to the nature of our product, and for obvious sanitary reasons, we cannot process any returns or exchanges and all sales are final, except in the case of manufacturer defect.

If you would like to verify a dealer is authorized, please contact our customer service team. If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.

If contacted within 30 days of the original order date, we will review the defect and provide either a replacement or refund depending on your preference and item availability. A defective item can be replaced by the same item or an item of the same price level. In the case of a refund, the order must have been placed directly with Toxoic. If the item was purchased through one of our authorized resellers, a refund through that seller may be possible depending on their individual return policy.
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible to get your items out to you in a timely matter. Because of this, once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled.
